Fixing Vote4Idol

Hey guys, so I’ve been blasted with a bunch of emails that I’d like to share. I know that a lot of you are going through withdrawal, but we’ve finally got things almost fixed. Our engineer (Night Manager at Steak ‘n Shake) said he fixed it during his lunch break. We just need to update things and it should work. Pls, go easy on things. Some of the love letters we got:

Hi guys, I wanted to let you know that your site is broken and I was wondering when things will be back up. I go and vote there every day and rite (sic) now I wanted to go there and I see that every vote is not counting, no matter who I click so just lemme know when things are back up and I will continue to vote.

Maybe instead of saying its broke and you know it just fix it. And also, you should of told me its broked cuz I just voted for an hour and realize nothings moving on the site…

and this gem:

When will you fix the f**king site. I took today off of work to vote on your sh*t-*ss site and it says that it broke. FIX UR F**KING SITE!!!!!!

Anyway, we’ll let you know when things are back, but get ready to make up for a few days off from voting!

V4I... it be broke

We’ll keep you updated. We have our crack team of scientists working on it, but he is also night manager at Steak ‘n Shake so please have some patience.

Perhaps part of the reason is Alex Lambert fans supervoting for the past 14 hours straight. I’m just thinking out loud here.

Three contestants broke into Platinum territory, all on the same day.

Well, well, well, it looks like the voters were just getting warmed up last week when we reported back about the site receiving 2 million votes in the first week or two of voting. Today, three contestants, Soibhan Magnus, Lee Dwyze and Alex Lambert all broke into Platinum Level as their voters propelled them past 1,000,000 votes each. Casey James, a previous #1, has been downgraded to fourth place and is probably going to be kicked off the show soon.

What is weird is the fact that Mr. Lambert had seen some good in recent weeks, but only when he got the axe did he start seeing numbers like these.

Do we have another Tatiana Del Toro on our hands? Can’t answer that right now, but what I do know is that if their petition gets to 15,000 signers, the producers are seriously going to have to take a look at bringing back A-Lam or they’re going to have serious ’splaining to do. But for now, Siobhan holds both gold trophies and each of the three get a platinum record.
